• Hands-on Service Now HRSD configuration & development
• Employee Center configuration (UI, access, navigation)
• Workflow automation, catalog items, case management
• Integration development (REST/API, Integration Hub)

Key Deliverables

• Configured HRSD solution (forms, workflows, automation)
• Employee Center enhancements (UX, action items, navigation)
• Developed integrations with external systems
• Unit/SIT support, defect fixes, deployments
• Documentation and knowledge transfer

Scope:

• Deliver Action Item Aggregation across Success Factors, CSOD, Concur
• Enable Enterprise Integrations (real-time / near real-time)
• Implement HR Workflow Automation
• Configure Virtual Agent + Teams integration
• Enhance Employee Center UX & navigation
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution
• Participating in Agile delivery (sprints, workshops, design sessions)
• Support cutover, go-live, and knowledge transfer

Scope of work

• Technical Consultant:
  Configure/build HRSD solution, implement workflows, develop integrations, enhance Employee Center, support testing
