Servicenow Solutions Architect
Responsibilities Include:
Lead the design and architecture of Service Now solutions, including custom applications and integrations, that meet client needs and industry best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure the successful execution of Service Now projects.
Perform assessments and evaluations of existing Service Now implementations, offering recommendations for improvements.
Responsible for developing/administering technical solutions on the Service Now platform to satisfy the business needs of the IT department and beyond.
Qualifications:
5 to 8 years' experience in administration/implementation/configuration of Service Now in the areas of ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, ITAM (not limited to) and Scoped Application solution.
Salary Range: $98,010-$132,660 a year
