• Partner closely with attorneys, practice leaders, and internal sponsors to define business needs
• Gather requirements, run RFPs, evaluate SaaS/COTS solutions, and build business cases
• Manage a portfolio of business-facing projects with mixed complexity
• Work closely with information security, enterprise applications, and external vendors
• Present metrics, recommendations, and project updates to senior leadership
• Translate complex problems into clear documentation, workflows, and actionable plans

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst in a legal, professional services, consulting, finance, or similar environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to earn trust from attorneys and senior leaders
• Experience evaluating SaaS/COTS products and leading business-focused technology projects
• Ability to juggle multiple initiatives, switch contexts quickly, and deliver under tight timelines
