GRTC in Richmond, VA seeks an HRIS Analyst to bridge HR operations and Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. You will support the Oracle implementation program, optimize post-go-live operations, data quality, reporting, and user support.
You will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, external vendors, and the Oracle implementation partner to design solutions, test functionality, and maintain a secure HR technology environment.
