Project Support - Helpdesk

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Project Support - Helpdesk to join their team! This position is hybrid and located in Richmond, Virginia.

• Creating, modifying, and deleting user access accounts in various applications for all lines of business across the organization
• Troubleshoot provisioning errors, working on various access cleanup projects, cross training within the team

• 1+ years of professional experience required
• Ability to communicate and follow up with stakeholders
• Need to be able to work from a quiet spot at home, professional background

• Familiar with Slack
• Comfortable working in a matrixed environment

• Clear communication skills
• Detailed documentation skills
• Stakeholder management

• Location:
  
  Richmond, Virginia
• Hybrid – Onsite Tuesday through Thursday;
  Remote Monday and Friday

• Pay Range:
  The approximate pay range for this position is between$14.00 and $20.00
  . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
