This role will join a team of analysts working on multiple LIMS and web portals. The candidate will be involved in application discovery, training, requirements gathering, and QA testing for the implementation of a replacement Starlims LIMS (LPH version) used for environmental and clinical users.

• Experience in a laboratory environment or in supporting laboratory systems
• Familiarity with System Development Life Cycle methodologies including Agile and Waterfall methods
• Assisting in STARLIMS configuration validation, test case development, and quality assurance activities
• Creating documentation for business requirements, functional specifications, and solution designs
• Eliciting and documenting business requirements through techniques such as interviews and workshops
• Analyzing laboratory processes and identifying areas for improvement or automation
• Engaging stakeholders to understand their needs, provide updates, and manage expectations
• Analyzing data to provide insights and support decision-making processes
• Developing and executing test plans, test cases, and user stories
• Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills
• Experience with software products including Word, Excel, Visio, and Dev Ops
• Experience with Starlims LPH preferred
• U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder only
