Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Change Management

We re looking for a Project Manager II to lead AI initiatives in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment. This role will partner directly with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to drive project delivery, manage risks, and ensure alignment with PMO governance standards.

This will be hybrid on site (1-2x/week) in the greater Richmond, VA area.

• 3-7+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience supporting AI initiatives, automation projects, process improvements, or AI-driven transformations
• Strong stakeholder management and executive-facing communication skills
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects (3-4 at a time)
• Experience working within PMO/PPMO governance frameworks
• Experience in hybrid Agile/Waterfall environments
• Hands-on experience with Smartsheet and Jira

• PMP Certification (HUGE PLUS)
• AI-related certification, education, or project experience
• Experience standardizing PM tools and processes

• Lead AI-focused projects from planning through execution
• Facilitate internal standups and weekly vendor meetings
• Track project timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and leadership
• Ensure teams remain aligned, accountable, and on track for delivery
