Senior Business Systems Analysis Manager

Genworth is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analysis Manager to lead analysis and optimization of core finance and insurance platforms supporting long-term care, mortgage, and protection products. You will partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategic goals into system roadmaps, robust requirements, and scalable solutions. In this role, you will manage a team of analysts, drive data quality and controls, and ensure systems support regulatory and risk needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead analysis, design, and optimization of core finance and insurance business systems
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into system requirements and roadmaps
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of system enhancements and integrations
• Define and maintain standards for business requirements, process mapping, and documentation
• Drive data quality, controls, and compliance across key platforms
• Manage and mentor analysts; build high-performing, collaborative teams
• Collaborate with IT, product, and operations to resolve complex system issues
• Monitor KPIs and user feedback to prioritize continuous improvement initiatives
• Support governance, risk, and regulatory reporting needs
