Position: Administrative Assistant / Training Coordinator

Are you the person who is comfortable jumping into a new technology platform, figuring out how it works, and then helping everyone else use it successfully?

We are partnering with the education and learning division of a large, highly respected organization to hire an Administrative Assistant / Training Coordinator for a temporary assignment anticipated to last 6+ months.

This is a great opportunity for someone who combines technical aptitude, resourcefulness, and strong customer service skills. You do not need to be an IT engineer—but you should enjoy technology, learn new systems quickly, and be comfortable troubleshooting issues across multiple platforms.

What You’ll Do:
  • Support students, staff, and other users with technology and system questions
  • Maintain LMS content, user access, and related learning technology
  • Make website updates and perform basic HTML maintenance
  • Support event registration and communications through Stova or similar platforms
  • Troubleshoot user and system issues and guide people through solutions
  • Manage inquiries and communications through Outlook
  • Maintain data, records, and reports using Excel
  • Partner with colleagues across learning, operations, and technology functions
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience working with a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Knowledge of HTML and website maintenance
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Strong proficiency with Outlook
  • Experience with Stova or another event management/registration platform
  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to learn unfamiliar technology quickly
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Sound judgment, follow-through, and the ability to work independently
  • Experience in customer support, online learning, technical support, help desk, service desk, call center, or other user-facing roles is especially relevant.

The person who will thrive here: curious, dependable, technically confident, and genuinely enjoys solving problems for others.
