Description:

• Business Analyst evaluates user requests for new or modified products. Analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
• Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
• Proficient in Agile practices and story writing.

• Working experience utilizing the following soft skills:
• Ability to meet deadlines with minimal direct supervision.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.

• 5 years of proven working experience as a business systems analyst for medium-to-large projects.
• Able to communicate and collaborate with agile delivery teams and other technical staff, business partners and vendors.
• Able to lead requirements-gathering sessions, including workshops, interviews, and document analysis, to capture detailed business needs.
• Able to accurately translate system and business requirements into epics, features and user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.
• Able to write UAT test scripts and proficient in UAT testing.
• Able to identify and document project risks and actions to mitigate risks.
• Able to track requirements throughout the SDLC lifecycle.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, VISIO, Draw.io, ADO, JIRA, Confluence and BI Tools.
• Analytical and able to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions and approaches to problems.

• Proven working experience as a business systems analyst for medium to large projects | Required | 5 years.
