This internshipprovidesan opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting,designing and developing business solutions that improve operational efficiency across Supply Chain and Shared Services functions.

The intern will work with business and technology teamson projects involving

Microsoft Copilot Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and other3rd-party tools. The role combines technology, business analysis, and process improvement to help modernize how work gets done across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the design, development, testing, and deployment ofdigital solutions including:
• Microsoft Copilot agents and AI-powered solutions.
• Applications with Power Apps.
• Automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline manual processes.
• Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders toidentifyautomation and AI use cases.
• Document business requirements, process flows, and solution designs.
• Support solution testing, user acceptance activities, and end-user training.
• Analyze business processes and recommend opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements.
• Perform data analysis to support business decision-making.

Additionally, you will:

• Gain a basic understanding of data analytics and tools
• Work to develop communication skills to articulate business cases clearly, and to develop effective presentations
• Strong interest in artificial intelligence, business process automation, and digital transformation.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and business process improvement concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to learnnew technologies quickly and work independently.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, or similar productivity tools.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, data visualization tools, or programming languages is preferred but not required.

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program majoring in computer science, data analytics, supply chain, or a related field
• Must have a GPA of 3.0 or above
• Must be graduating from their Bachelor's degree program in 2028

The hourly rate listed is the rate we anticipate paying for this position. If a range is listed, the actual hourly rate offered may vary based on factors such as the selected candidate's degree type, academic major, and/or school classification (e.g., sophomore, junior, senior).
