The Operations Administrator is responsible for supporting the VA systems branch operation to help them stay organized and complete other tasks.

• Completes weekly reports.
• Contact various department supervisors/managers as needed.
• Track System licenses information and renewals.
• Maintain and track inventory for customers/jobs.
• Order and receive parts for jobs and service tickets.
• Full responsibility for Branch Billing, A/P, and other Monthly
• Schedule jobs and service with customers.
• Facilitate Fleet and Equipment Maintenance Program
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• The ability to work all scheduled hours, including all overtime necessary.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Customer Service.
• Ethical Conduct.
• Thoroughness.

• 1-2 years Corporate Administrative/HR/Finance Experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Experience & Enterprise ERP
• Ability to function well in a team environment.
• Ability to remain professional and courteous with customers at all times.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
