You'll have the opportunity to work with Fortune 500 corporations across multiple industries, gaining exposure to a full stack of cutting-edge technologies.

  Gain practical, client-facing experience from the start, supported by our client-simulated boot camp. This immersive 3-week program will kickstart your journey as an Associate Consultant in our one-year Discovery Program, designed to support your transition from college to Cap Tech.

Your role will adapt to different projects, but may include:

• Design, build, and deliver modern solutions across web, mobile, cloud, and enterprise environments.
• Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing systems using modern engineering practices, including cloud-native architectures, APIs, automation, Dev Ops, and CI/CD.
• Work across a broad technology ecosystem, including Java, .NET, C#, Python, Go, JavaScript/Type Script, React, Angular, Node.js, AWS, Azure, GCP, and emerging AI technologies.
• Partner closely with clients, designers, product teams, and fellow engineers to solve complex business challenges and create exceptional user experiences.

• Candidates should be on track to graduate in December 2026 or Spring/Summer 2027 with a bachelor's/+1/accelerated masters
