S3/Strategic Staffing Solutions has a Web Content Specialist opportunity with a leading Financial Services client in Richmond, VA on a hybrid work basis. Please read further if you are interested in joining a leading organization!
Location:
Richmond, VA - Hybrid
-3x on site and 2x remote
Duration: 12 months + possible extension
Pay Rate Range: $30-35/hr w2
Qualifications &Description:
- Must have two or more years of experience executing digital campaigns across email, site/app, push or text. Experience with HTML and performing QA for digital campaigns
Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Hub Spot, Klaviyo) and basic HTML to fix simple layout or text formatting issues.
Multi-Channel Work:Basic understanding of execution across Email, SMS, Site/App, and Push notifications.
Attention to Detail & QA Basic Troubleshooting:Ability to spot and fix simple errors like broken links, image rendering issues, or misaligned text across desktop and mobile.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Build and configure digital messages within internal systems
- Upload messages into the designated tool
- Test messages using test accounts prior to deployment
- Review content for accuracy and identify issues before release
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects or inconsistencies
- Work with business partners to implement messaging requests
- Ensure high-quality, error-free message deployments
