- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve discrepancies or errors on timesheets, often working with employees and managers.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure that timekeeping practices align with RCSO and legal policies.
- Support: Provides assistance and training to employees and new hires on timekeeping system usage and procedures.
- Technical Proficiency:Experience with specific timekeeping and payroll systems.
