Role Description

The Person al Lines Account Manager is responsible for supporting the Personal Insurance Lines Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate management of client policies and needs. This role involves policy reviews, handling policy changes and renewals, assisting clients with claims, and addressing inquiries regarding billing, endorsements, and cancellations. They will also work closely with insurance carriers/underwriters to resolve client concerns.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Account Management and Insurance, with the ability to manage personal insurance policies proficiently
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Communication abilities to effectively address client needs and build professional relationships
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and ensure accuracy
  • Proficiency in using insurance management software, carrier quoting systems and related technology tools
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct policy reviews and rewrites
  • Provide customer service for clients needing assistance with:
  • Billing inquiries and payment issues.
  • Policy endorsements and changes.
  • Policy cancellations and renewals.
  • Claims handling and status updates.
  • General inquiries related to personal insurance policies/coverages.
Required

Skills and Qualifications
  • Licensed or willing to acquire Property and Casualty licensure.
  • Experience in customer service-related fields.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/requests.
