This role handles windshield and towing claims, rental coordination, claim dispatching, salvage title processing, and medical bill handling, while providing excellent customer service to claimants.
The position is exempt, with a 37.5-hour week, Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm, and a hybrid schedule after a 6-month in-office training period.
