Position Title: Litigation Attorney
The Litigation Attorney will play a crucial role in managing a high-value caseload focused primarily on personal injury cases. This position demands a strong background in litigation, specifically in plaintiff cases, and requires the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The attorney will be responsible for supervising support staff and maintaining excellent client communication. A successful candidate will demonstrate leadership qualities and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for clients.

- Manage a caseload of 50-70 cases, including trucking collisions, motor vehicle collisions, and premises liability
- Supervise and mentor paralegals and support staff
- Ensure effective communication with clients and take diligent action on all matters
- Prepare for trials and take or defend depositions
- At least 2 years of personal injury litigation experience
- Experience representing plaintiffs is required
- Proven experience in taking and defending depositions
- Trial preparation or trial experience is strongly preferred
- Bar license in good standing within the relevant state
- Experience in supervising, mentoring, and coaching support staff
- Ability to present case statistics during the interview process
- 401K plan available after 90 days

- PTO accrual: 10 days for 1 year, 12 days for 2 years, 15 days for 3 years, and 17 days for 4 years
