Based in Richmond, VA (onsite work required 5 days a week).

Minimum 1 year of transactional real estate experience in a legal setting and Virginia bar admission are mandatory.

Our client is a reputable full-service business law firm with a strong presence in the Mid-Atlantic region, known for providing sophisticated and cost-effective legal counsel.

• Manage various commercial real estate transactions such as acquisitions, sales, leases, financings, and developments
• Draft and negotiate key transaction documents and assist with closings
• Coordinate with lenders, brokers, and opposing parties to facilitate smooth progress of transactions
• Handle transactions spanning multifamily, industrial, retail, office, and manufactured housing sectors

• At least 1 year of transactional commercial real estate practice in a law firm
• Active membership in the Virginia Bar (in good standing)
• Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational abilities
• Capable of managing multiple matters with meticulous attention to detail
• Willing to relocate at own cost, if necessary
