Morgan & Morgan is looking for a General Liability Litigation Attorney in Virginia to join its growing practice in the Richmond office. This Trial Attorney will handle motor vehicle/automobile accident cases in litigation representing plaintiffs. Responsibilities include trial prep and trial.

• Day‑to‑day handling of litigation cases
• Drafting and filing litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memorandum
• Guiding clients through the case process
• Interacting with expert witnesses, including conferences, drafting expert reports and affidavits
• Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar Association
• Ability to manage a high volume of litigation cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
