Our client is a well-established defense litigation firm in Richmond, handling complex cases in transportation and trucking defense, personal injury, regulatory disputes, and more.
Job Description- Defend transportation, trucking, and logistics litigation cases
- Handle catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death defense matters
- Manage cases from investigation through trial
- Draft legal documents, conduct research, and prepare written analysis
- Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Active Virginia bar license or ability to become licensed
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Strong writing skills and motion practice experience
- Experience with depositions or readiness to learn
