You will carry an active caseload across family law and/or criminal defense, managing cases from intake through resolution with confidence and precision. You will collaborate closely with senior attorneys and staff, contribute to strategy, and be a trusted advocate for clients navigating some of the most significant challenges of their lives.

• Are a licensed attorney in Virginia with 1–3 years of litigation experience (family law or criminal defense preferred)
• Write and research with precision and care
• Manage your time, your caseload, and client expectations with professionalism
