Litigation Associate (Construction)
A highly reputable firm with a strong Virginia presence is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate to join its Construction Litigation practice group in its Richmond, VA office. This is one of the most regarded construction practices in VA. In this role you would be handling complex, sophisticated commercial matters including litigation, arbitration, and regulatory disputes.

Ideal candidates will have:
- 4-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on construction-related disputes (salary expectations range from approximately 160K-175K depending on multiple factors - i.e., class year, the type of experience and education/grades) and robust benefits package
- Strong analytical, research and writing, communication skills, confidence and a collaborative mindset; ability to pay close attention to detail
- Admission to practice in Virginia required
