Answering the questions:
What needs to be done in order to meet the expected demand? What needs to be done when? What are the risks in the supply chain going through the factory?
This is an onsite position located in Richmond, VA.
Responsibilities- Drive and coordinate the supply chain in the factory and align with the product group.
- Run local supply review monthly cycle and facilitate decision making to close any supply risks or gaps.
- Stock strategy for local stock (SI, NI, RI, BI) in alignment with the product group directions.
- Conduct local inventory management process and keep component planning data up to date.
- Receive demand information from Central BU and break down into component forecast, actively seek local business information to make adjustments.
- Drive improvements in the supply chain locally and contribute to global supply chain improvements.
- Compile supply chain performance measurements to facilitate Sales and operations execution process.
- Execute administrative work with SOP as a base.
- Be active in Status Board meetings.
- Be active in problem resolution and other improvement activities.
- Suggest improvements of SOP.
- Always consider waste elimination.
- Bachelor’s degree mandatory; specialization in Industrial Engineering preferred.
- 5 years of experience in supply chain planning mandatory; working in manufacturing experience is mandatory for this position.

- Base salary typically $70,000.00 to $82,000.00.
