Location: Richmond, London (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days from home)
Hours: Full-time, 9:00am – 5:30pm

Aardvark Swift is excited to be representing Bandai Namco Entertainment UK in the search for a Supply Chain Coordinator & Sales Support professional to join their Sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the world's leading video games publishers and distributors, supporting the smooth flow of products through the supply chain while providing essential sales administration support. Based in Richmond, you'll work in a collaborative hybrid environment, playing a key role in ensuring products reach customers on time and that promotional activity is accurately managed.
The successful candidate will also provide cover for the UK Logistics Coordinator when required and will report directly to the Head of Sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Entering and receipting purchase orders for stock purchases and sales.
- Activating new products within the company database.
- Processing orders received from retail partners.
- Monitoring production and build deadlines, providing relevant information to the sales team.
- Tracking orders within internal systems and identifying potential stock shortages or sell‑out scenarios.
- Keeping retail partners informed of delivery schedules and updates.
- Allocating stock and scheduling customer deliveries upon receipt of goods.
- Coordinating transportation and logistics arrangements to meet customer requirements and contractual deadlines.
- Raising credit notes relating to promotional activity and product returns.
- Ensuring invoices are processed and distributed to customers.
- Providing export shipment documentation to warehouse partners.
- Liaising with retail partners to maintain accurate order status and manage back‑order cancellations.
- Maintaining customer pricing information.
- Supporting replenishment planning and recommending stock orders where appropriate.
- Managing distribution budgets.
- Ensuring third‑party warehouse partners comply with relevant regulations and requirements.
- Preparing and distributing shipment reports to internal stakeholders.
We're looking for a highly organised and proactive individual who thrives in a fast‑paced commercial environment. You will possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a customer‑focused approach.
Essential Skills & Experience- At least 1 year's experience in a logistics, supply chain, or similar operational role.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Experience using Oracle or similar ERP systems (training can be provided).
