Job Description
The Alternate Part-time Package Dispatch Supervisor/Package Center Supervisor is a position that has been trained and certified to perform the role of either a PT PDS or a PT PCS to accommodate alternative schedules and increase operational flexibility. This position is responsible for analyzing and planning the center’s daily package dispatch and handling operational service issues (e.g., on‑call Air pickups, heavy pick‑up accounts, unforeseen events, etc.).
He/She analyzes previous dispatch results to maximize service performance, streamline routes, and coordinate the needs and efforts of the operation to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. This position provides customer service support (e.g., answering messages, concerns, call tags, destination follow‑ups, etc.) and facilitates the smooth execution of operational procedures and management of systems.

Compensation and BenefitsBase pay ranges from $26.25/hr to $42.65/hr pay is based on location, job‑related knowledge, skills, education/training, and candidate work experience. Hired applicants may receive annual short‑term and/or long‑term incentive compensation programs, subject to eligibility requirements.
