  Lead sourcing strategies and category management initiative
• s Develop and manage RFQs, RFPs, and supplier bid processe
• s Negotiate contracts, pricing, lead times, and supplier agreement
• s Partner with engineering, estimating, and project teams to support bids and project executio
• n Analyze supplier proposals and conduct "apples-to-apples" quote comparison
• s Identify cost-saving opportunities, alternative products, and sourcing solution
• s Monitor market conditions, pricing trends, and supply chain risk
• s Perform spend analysis and leverage data to drive procurement decision

  Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Computer Science, or a related fie
• ld 4+ years of procurement, purchasing, strategic sourcing, category management, or supply chain experien
