We’re a fast- growing vehicle logistics and trucking company based in Richmond, VA. Our fleet stays busy, and we need a hands- on Parts Manager to keep our shop stocked, organized, and efficient. If you’ve got experience in parts and inventory management— and know your way around diesel equipment— we want to talk to you.

• Oversee day- to- day parts room operations
• Track, manage, and reorder inventory accurately and efficiently
• Source parts for heavy- duty diesel vehicles and trailers
• Work closely with mechanics to identify parts needs and priorities
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate pricing
• Maintain a clean, organized, and audit- ready parts room
• Lead a small team and support shop workflow

• Knowledge of diesel/ mechanical systems and heavy truck parts (Peterbilt specifically)
• Previous experience in parts or inventory management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Valid Driver's License w/ clean record.
• Ability to lift and move equipment up to 50 lbs throughout the day

• Experience managing people or leading a small team
• Customer service mindset— must work well with vendors, techs, and internal teams
• Fork lift certification
