An established community organization is looking for a Maintenance Technician II to enhance the maintenance services for their facilities in Richmond, Virginia. This role requires at least 7 years of experience in building maintenance, strong attention to detail, knowledge of OSHA standards, and effective communication with staff and volunteers. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between branches.

Flexibility to work evenings and weekends may be necessary for special events and scheduling.
