365 as a Crew Leader, Janitor, Day Shift (6:00 am - 2:30 pm). This position leads the cleaning team, reports to the Project Manager, and ensures a safe, clean environment.

365 serves individuals and families coping with daily challenges of living with a disability. For over 65 years, we have provided programs and services that impact more than 1,300 people.

A Day in the Life
  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and trash removal.
  • Issue cleaning chemicals and supplies and verify completed work meets quality standards.
  • Resolve issues, train new employees, and maintain professional relationships with team members and service recipients.
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and execute daily activities.
  • Participate in meetings and training sessions as required.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment and request repairs when needed.
  • Assign tasks and set quality expectations for employees.
  • Document incidents and problems.
  • Consult with manager and employees on process improvements and efficiency.
  • Ensure all supplies are available before tasks are assigned.
  • Attend required meetings and trainings.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Valid Virginia Driver’s License.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum one year of supervisory experience in a janitorial environment.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to foster a positive work atmosphere.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to complete required training programs.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive bending, kneeling, and other physical demands.
