Porter / Groundskeeper Opportunity

Bexley West Creek – beautiful new community in the West End area of Richmond, VA.

Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $17/hour) plus quarterly bonuses. Current eligibility for a $1,000 stay‑on bonus after 90 days and in good standing.

Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm.

• Clean and maintain community grounds, including picking up trash, cleaning pet waste stations, and trashing out apartments.
• Perform daily recurring tasks such as litter and pet waste removal.
• Assist in light painting, housekeeping tasks, or supporting maintenance as needed.
• Operate equipment such as backpack blowers, power washers, golf carts, and trailers.
• Stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds or more, bend, stoop, and work in inclement weather and noisy conditions.

This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while performing tasks, frequently lifting and carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds or more, operating hand tools and equipment, and working outdoors year‑round in potentially inclement weather conditions. The person in this position must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 75 lbs independently.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
