As a hotel engineer, it's your job to troubleshoot and repair hotel equipment, facilities, and systems (including HVAC and electrical). Your job duties include performing preventative maintenance, making regular inspections, coordinating the maintenance staff, diagnosing potential problems, and staying within budget.

• Perform preventative maintenance on hotel equipment and systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate maintenance staff and schedule maintenance tasks.
• Diagnose equipment problems and recommend repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed within budget and deadlines.

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience in hotel or facility maintenance, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple maintenance tasks.
