** Industrial Cleaner – JLL
**** What this job involves:
** As an Industrial Cleaner at JLL, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of facilities through comprehensive cleaning duties that ensure areas remain neat, tidy, and debris-free. This essential role involves performing heavy cleaning duties including floor maintenance, rug shampooing, wall and glass washing, and rubbish removal while operating specialized cleaning equipment. You'll play a vital part in creating safe, clean environments that reflect JLL's commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Your attention to detail and dedication to maintaining high cleanliness standards will directly contribute to positive user experiences and operational efficiency across our managed facilities.
** What your day-to-day will look like:*
* • Clean building floors through sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, steam cleaning, shampooing, and vacuuming using appropriate techniques
• Gather and empty trash and recycling while maintaining proper waste management protocols
• Clean and polish furniture, fixtures, windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using professional cleaning solutions and equipment
• Operate riding floor scrubbers, vacuums, sweepers, and carpet extractors to maintain optimal floor conditions
• Mix water and detergents according to specifications to prepare effective cleaning solutions
• Strip, seal, finish, and polish floors to maintain professional appearance and safety standards
• Clean and restore building interiors damaged by fire, smoke, or water using commercial cleaning equipment
• Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies manually or using hand trucks as needed

* Required Qualifications:

* • Cleaning expertise with proficiency in various cleaning techniques, products, tools, and equipment
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards without overlooking critical areas
• Physical stamina to handle long hours of standing, repetitive movements, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs
• Time management skills to efficiently complete work within established schedules
• Communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues, supervisors, and customers
• Safety awareness with knowledge of procedures to maintain safe working environments
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate basic instructions effectively

* Preferred Qualifications:

* • Experience with forklift or electric tugger operation
• Experience with commercial cleaning equipment and restoration techniques
• Knowledge of snow removal procedures and chemical application
• Customer service experience with friendly, helpful attitude toward clients and residents
• Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve cleaning challenges
• Organizational skills for managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
