We have a fantastic Housekeeper opportunity available!

Locations: Bexley Grapevine

Pay: Hourly rates competitive (starting at $16/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses

Bonus*: Eligible for a $1,000 stay‑on bonus after 90 days and in good standing. (

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

• You will get dirty: Tasks include cleaning common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, cleaning and stocking the coffee station, cleaning vacant and model units, and completing freshens in the model and vacant ready homes, and other potentially unpleasant (but necessary) duties.
• Repetition is part of the job: Many tasks (like cleaning the clubhouse) are daily, recurring responsibilities.
• This is a busy and physically demanding role: This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while performing tasks. The person in this position must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
