Lead Cleaner – Part‑time

Join Platinum Cleaning & Facility Services (PCFS), a division of Healthcare Services Group, Inc., as a Lead Cleaner. You will oversee janitorial cleaning and facilities maintenance operations at your assigned primary site.

Pay Rate: $14.50 per hour.

• Perform janitorial tasks in entryways, corridors, elevators and common areas.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, sinks, floors and commodes, replenishing lavatory supplies as needed.
• Remove trash, empty wastebaskets.
• Use cleaning solutions safely, adhering to all safety precautions.
• Report equipment or cleaning product needs and malfunctions to supervisors.
• Follow infection control and handwashing procedures to maintain a sanitary environment.
• Ensure customer service and cleaning standards are consistently met.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience in a commercial setting is preferred.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Willingness to perform routine tasks consistently.
• Must complete all responsibilities without supervision after training.
• Must be punctual and reliable for scheduled shifts.
• Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours daily.
• Must be able to lift/carry and push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work around food and cleaning products.
• Compliance with COVID‑19 vaccination policies as required by state, local, and/or customers.
