Richmond - Cleaning Team Lead - Part-Time

Team Lead Job Details :

• Location :
  Downtown Richmond
• Pay : $14 / hr
• Hours : M-F - 4 : 30pm-10 : 00pm - 27.5 hrs / week

• Consistently provide a clean, secure and safe environment for the occupants of this facility. Regular attendance is critical.
• Perform cleaning tasks which will include trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping and restroom cleaning.
• Direct staff to accomplish daily, weekly and project specified cleaning tasks.
• Train, supervise, develop and motivate your janitorial staff.
• Take corrective action when appropriate.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses to customer requests and concerns.
• Complete cleaning tasks to ensure a clean building at the end of the day.

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum Age : 18+ years old
• Team Leads - Ability to communicate effectively with client contacts, building occupants, and staff. Supervision experience is needed, as you will define expectations for cleaning, train staff, and diagnose issues and opportunities to improve our cleaning activities and ensure customer satisfaction. Flexibility is necessary as day-to-day responsibilities and the specific individuals you work with will vary somewhat.
• Education and work history that demonstrates work ethic and responsibility.
• Ability to communicate effectively with client contacts, building occupants, and co-workers.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as a contributing member of a team.
• Strong work ethic and do whatever is necessary to get the job done.
• Physically able to be on your feet the entire shift and perform all tasks which include walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching and lifting.
