Hours:

M‑F 5:30pm–9:00pm (17.5 hrs/week)

• Pay: $14 per hour

• Consistently provide a clean, secure and safe environment for occupants of the facility. Regular attendance is critical.
• Perform cleaning tasks including trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping and restroom cleaning.
• Direct staff to accomplish daily, weekly and project‑specified cleaning tasks.
• Train, supervise, develop and motivate janitorial staff.
• Take corrective action when appropriate.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt responses to customer requests and concerns.
• Complete cleaning tasks to ensure a clean building at the end of the day.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Effective communication with client contacts, building occupants and staff. Supervision experience needed.
• Education and work history that demonstrate work ethic and responsibility.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and as a contributing member of a team.
• Strong work ethic; ability to get the job done.
• Physically able to be on feet entire shift and perform tasks requiring walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, crouching and lifting.
