Equipment Repair Associate

You Will:

The Equipment Repair Associate will be the on-site repair expert for all equipment both in the warehouse and in the field.

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and refurbish equipment in the warehouse and as needed in the field
• Train internal and external customers on equipment usage
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area
• Keep detailed records of repairs made in order to facilitate proper inventory control
• Willingness to modify work schedule to accommodate activities which may require early departures or late returns to the warehouse
• Field phone calls from internal customers regarding equipment issues. Have the ability to diagnose the issue and walk the individual through the repair

• An automotive diploma is preferred
• In lieu of a diploma, relevant experience will be considered
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• You will be required to use your own vehicle and tools for this role. A vehicle allowance and kilometer reimbursement will be provided
• Ability to provide clear and concise oral and written communication to all levels of employees within the Company

• Self-Starter – minimal supervision required
• Excellent organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
