Program / Project Manager, Operations Manager
The Program Manager is responsible for executing the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning programs and development initiatives. This role ensures programs are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards. The Program Manager collaborates with stakeholders across the business to drive engagement and measure impact.

- Develop and manageimplementationplans for leadership and technical learning program sand development initiatives.
Maintain ongoing ownership of designated learning programs such as the Leadership Development Program. - Coordinate logistics,resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful program delivery.
- Partner with subject matter experts and business leaders to align programs with strategic objectives.
- Monitor program effectiveness through analysis and feedback; recommend improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee external training partnerships.
- Implement, administer, and optimize
Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other learning technologies. - Collaborate with Marketing to manage communications planning and execution for Learning & Development and ensure learning and development is displayed on social media channels.
- Work with Director of L&D to deliver appropriate change management and communications for development initiatives.
- Other dutiesas assigned by supervisor in the advancement of learning and development at CW.
- 5+years’ experience with a proven track recordofimplementing new and managing existing learning programs that achieved business results.
- Expertise in leadership development program management and workforce capability building.
- Strong organizational and communication skills withabilityto manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and strong writing skills.
- Excellent relationship building and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proficiency in learning technologies and project management tools.
Experience implementing an LMS, Workday Learning highly desired. - Experience in the construction orbuildingservicesindustrypreferred.
