• Lead and support field and office teammates with a strong focus on safety, engagement, and development
• Manage field teams, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient service delivery
• Own financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and P&L results
• Develop and mentor teammates through coaching, training, and performance reviews
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Partner with Sales on proposals, pricing strategies, and business development efforts
• Drive process improvement, quality control, and customer satisfaction initiatives
• Represent Colonial Webb in the community and promote our core value

• Associate’s degree, trade certification, apprenticeship completion, or 10+ years of industry experience
• Demonstrated experience managing managers in a service-driven environment
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, BAS, electrical, and/or plumbing operations
• Trade Master Card in applicable field (preferred)
• Solid understanding of building codes, ASHRAE standards, and OSHA regulations
• Proven experience managing teams, customers, and operational budgets
  
  Ability to read and influence financial performance (P&L)
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment
