We are seeking a motivated Construction Interiors Project Manager/Associate Project Manager to work on our interiors projects in the Richmond, VA area.
Construction Interiors Project Manager/Associate Project Manager Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage projects to achieve established milestones, goals, and deadlines
- Collaborate closely with field leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and owners
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and implement strategies to ensure safe, timely, and successful completion
- Supervise project staff and provide constructive feedback
- Serve as a project leader and resource for the project team
- Utilize project management tools to maintain financial control and cost tracking
- Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, and reporting
- Coordinate workflows and processes to support efficient project execution
- Identify challenges, problem-solve effectively, and drive issues to resolution
- Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and leadership development
- 5 years of experience in construction project management, flexibility for less at an associate level
- Background in interior commercial construction
- Strong ability to adapt to fast-paced, shifting schedules and priorities
- Knowledge of OSHA standards, industry best practices, equipment, and QA/QC procedures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license required
- Willingness to travel to jobsites as needed
- $85k-$120k, depending on experience, flexibility for the right candidate
