Construction Interiors Project Manager/Associate Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated Construction Interiors Project Manager/Associate Project Manager to work on our interiors projects in the Richmond, VA area.

Construction Interiors Project Manager/Associate Project Manager Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, schedule, and manage projects to achieve established milestones, goals, and deadlines
  • Collaborate closely with field leadership, engineers, subcontractors, and owners
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Monitor project progress and implement strategies to ensure safe, timely, and successful completion
  • Supervise project staff and provide constructive feedback
  • Serve as a project leader and resource for the project team
  • Utilize project management tools to maintain financial control and cost tracking
  • Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, and reporting
  • Coordinate workflows and processes to support efficient project execution
  • Identify challenges, problem-solve effectively, and drive issues to resolution
  • Demonstrate a commitment to professional growth and leadership development
Construction Interiors Project Manager/Associate Project Manager Qualifications
  • 5 years of experience in construction project management, flexibility for less at an associate level
  • Background in interior commercial construction
  • Strong ability to adapt to fast-paced, shifting schedules and priorities
  • Knowledge of OSHA standards, industry best practices, equipment, and QA/QC procedures
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Willingness to travel to jobsites as needed
Compensation & Benefits
  • $85k-$120k, depending on experience, flexibility for the right candidate
