We’re looking for an experienced, hands‑on Property Manager who loves operations, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in running a community with high visibility and high standards. In this role, you’ll oversee day‑to‑day operations, guide an on‑site team, manage leasing and financial performance, and coordinate with vendors supporting major building systems like generators, elevators, and life‑safety equipment. You’ll also manage two nightly corporate rentals, ensuring a smooth, hospitality‑focused guest experience.

Qualifications- Proven experience as a Property Manager (multifamily preferred)
- Demonstrates confident leadership by coaching effectively, holding others accountable, and building a high‑performing team
- Strong knowledge of leasing, resident relations, budgeting, and collections
- Comfortable coordinating complex vendors and systems in a high‑rise or operationally intensive building
- Organized, professional communicator with a service mindset
- Familiarity with Real Page or similar property management software
