We are seeking an exceptional Principal Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. This high-visibility and high-impact role will help shape the operational efficiency, excellence in execution and enable growth. The role comes with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy and will require effective engagement across all cross-organizational functions to deliver results.

You should have a strong multidisciplinary operations, technology, and business background. You should also have a track record of influencing and presenting to senior business and technology leaders and driving critical delivery initiatives at the highest levels. Strong executive communications, customer engagement, and cloud operations proficiency are essential.

+ Provide program and project management expertise to complex business initiatives that are global in nature, understanding interdependencies between process, technology, and people needs

+ Develop program work streams, identify core milestones, and ensure that goals are in line with customer and business objectives

+ Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results, managing feedback/pain points from our customers and stakeholders

+ Build relationships and collaborate globally with stakeholders and partners to deliver outcomes across the organization, ensuring a shared understanding of progress and performance

+ Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in business operating procedures and practices leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness

+ Track and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights.

+ Experience identifying, measuring, and adjusting plans against key business metrics

Qualifications & Skills

+ 10+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in cloud

+ Direct experience working with cross-organizational teams, including at the executive level

+ Proven track record leading high-skill teams who are resolving complex and high-impact challenges

+ A high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple competing priorities

+ Ability to work independently and propose solutions

+ Ability to influence operational leaders to achieve the business objectives

+ Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

+ Proficient in Excel, (e.g. Pivot Tables, lookups, if-statements, macros), JIRA queries, and BI tools

+ Knowledgeable in PowerPoint, and  Confluence

Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Paid time off:
Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
