About Project & Development Services (PDS):
At JLL, Project & Development Services (PDS) delivers end-to-end project management and development solutions for clients across various sectors. The PDS team specializes in managing construction, renovation, and fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Leveraging JLL's global expertise, advanced technology, and proven processes, PDS professionals oversee every phase of the project lifecycle-from initial planning and design through execution and close-out-while maintaining a strong focus on client objectives, sustainability, and risk mitigation.
What the job involves:
We are currently seeking an Intern in Project & Development Services to join our team. As an intern at JLL, you would work as part of our PDS team at a client site, getting involved in supporting project delivery, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing innovative ideas to improve project outcomes.
As an Intern in Project & Development Services at JLL, you will:
Assist with project documentation, including meeting minutes, schedules, and progress reports

Support the coordination of project activities between internal teams, vendors, and clients

Participate in site visits and assist with project inspections and quality assurance

Help track project budgets, timelines, and deliverables

Contribute to the development of project dashboards and reporting tools

Assist with risk management and issue resolution processes

Gain exposure to sustainability initiatives and best practices in project delivery

Education, Skills, and Experience
Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in construction management, design, architecture, or engineering careers

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to think and work independently

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications

Ability to work with multiple people on a variety of differing projects and meet assigned deadlines

Desire to learn more about project management and development
• Interest in construction, design, or real estate development

Demonstrated ability to take initiative

The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a fast-paced team environment and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of Commercial Real Estate project delivery.
