• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 14+ dedicated professionals
• Collaborate with our Learning & Development team to ensure exceptional training and client service
• Partner closely with the Medical Director to support high‑quality medical care and manage veterinarian scheduling
• Oversee facility operations, including purchasing and property management
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
• Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive financial performance

• Strong Leadership:

• Must have at least 3 years of veterinary management experience.
• Experience as an LVT or CVPM is a plus but not required. Additional credentials such as SHRM‑CP, BS, MBA, or other advanced degrees are also valued.
