Your Impact as Practice Manager- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 14+ dedicated professionals
- Collaborate with our Learning & Development team to ensure exceptional training and client service
- Partner closely with the Medical Director to support high‑quality medical care and manage veterinarian scheduling
- Oversee facility operations, including purchasing and property management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Develop and manage annual budgets, monitor KPIs, and drive financial performance
- Strong Leadership:
Inspire, coach, and elevate your team while fostering a positive, growth‑oriented culture. - Sound Decision‑Making:
Navigate challenges with confidence and find solutions with clarity and purpose. - Adaptability & Resilience:
Remain steady under pressure and view obstacles as opportunities to improve. - Must have at least 3 years of veterinary management experience.
- Experience as an LVT or CVPM is a plus but not required. Additional credentials such as SHRM‑CP, BS, MBA, or other advanced degrees are also valued.
