Position Overview:
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of a supply chain operation. The Operations Manager provides overall direction and oversight in the areas of performance, safety, P&L management, customer relations, continuous improvement, and associate development across multiple sites. This role requires a hands-on, people-oriented leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment environments and is energized by building strong teams and driving performance on the floor.
The ideal candidate brings strong operational expertise, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to motivate associates while delivering speed, accuracy, and exceptional customer outcomes in a startup environment.
