Compensation: $110-115k/A with benefits

• Experience implementing and maintaining a local government Community Development and Regulation system using Cityworks Online PLL or Trimble Unity Permit software platforms.
• Mastery of project management methodology and experience or familiarity with major, defined program management approaches (PMI, Agile, Six Sigma).
• Significant knowledge of project planning/scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project), with a solid track record of practical application.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; expertise in setting and managing customer expectations.
• Effective influence and negotiating skills in an environment in which this role may not directly control resources.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of local government processes related to land permitting, plan review, inspection, and code enforcement.
• Ability to lead a large multi-department project team to match CDR software to business requirements, including leadership in research on current and emerging technology options.

• Seven or more years of progressively responsible IT experience.
• Five years of successfully managing Community Development and Regulation projects.
• Five or more years of experience with Planning and Community Development business problem solving.
• Experience in leading diverse teams.
• Experience and ability in using “soft skills” and “people skills”.
• Experience with implementation of software systems and platforms.
• Experience meeting with stakeholders and clients and gathering the project's requirements, goals, and scope.
• Knowledge of the System Development Lifecycle.
• Workflow and prioritization of assignments.
• Integration with calendaring and email for work management.
• Correspondence management.
• Document management including storage, retrieval, and version control.
• Mobile access.
• Payment engines (collections from customers).
• Business intelligence.
