What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise field crews daily.
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, and materials.
• Keep projects on track and production goals moving forward.
• Maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Solve jobsite issues before they impact the schedule.

What We're NOT Looking For

• Leaders who avoid hard conversations.
• People who ignore safety standards.
• Supervisors who need constant direction.
• Anyone who blames others instead of solving problems.
• Leaders who can't motivate or organize crews.

• 10 years in a construction supervisory role, preferably in sheet metal or HVAC.
• Proven crew and schedule management on commercial job sites.
• Able to read construction drawings, blueprints, and specs.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of safety rules and compliance.
• Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Comfortable using digital reporting tools (e.g., Procore, Airtable).
• Overnight travel may be required.
• Ability to lead 30-50-man crews.
