What you will do:
- Lead and support field and office teammates with a strong focus on safety, engagement, and development
Manage field teams, resources, and schedules to ensure efficient service delivery
Own financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and P&L results
Develop and mentor teammates through coaching, training, and performance reviews
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Partner with Sales on proposals, pricing strategies, and business development efforts
Drive process improvement, quality control, and customer satisfaction initiatives
Represent Colonial Webb in the community and promote our core value
You should have:Associate’s degree, trade certification, apprenticeship completion, or 10+ years of industry experience
- Demonstrated experience managing managers in a service-driven environment
Strong knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, BAS, electrical, and/or plumbing operations
Trade Master Card in applicable field (preferred)
Solid understanding of building codes, ASHRAE standards, and OSHA regulations
Proven experience managing teams, customers, and operational budgets
Ability to read and influence financial performance (P&L)
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
