RoleAs a Multifamily Research Manager, you will lead a team of researchers, manage outreach to key decision makers across the country, and ensure comprehensive market coverage for CoStar clients.
Responsibilities- Lead a team of 10+ multifamily researchers to deliver accurate and complete market data.
- Ensure the timely, comprehensive, and accurate delivery of information while maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and mentoring sessions to develop team skills and performance.
- Prepare and execute quarterly improvement plans covering data coverage, relationship building, and talent development.
- Manage information resources, ensuring all data is captured, inputted, and published with the highest quality standards.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, non‑profit, in‑person university or college.
- At least 2 years of experience managing a team of six or more.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a professional corporate environment, preferably within CRE, multifamily management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Excel.
- Flexibility to work across all time‑zone shifts.
- Demonstrated interest or experience in the commercial real‑estate industry.
- Experience creating KPIs and meeting performance metrics.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to manage workload and motivate a team.
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder‑interaction abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data manipulation, filtering, and basic formula development.
- Creative problem‑solving, attention to detail, and an analytical approach to data interpretation.
- Base salary: $95,000 – $115,000 annually.
